Shenzhen Metalcnc Tech Co., Ltd. has officially launched its new VMC Series Vertical Machining Centers, including models VMC650, VMC850, VMC855, and VMC966. The series is designed to provide high-precision, high-efficiency smart manufacturing solutions for industries such as aerospace, automotive, mold making, and heavy machinery.

Built with an HT-300+ high-strength cast iron bed, the VMC series integrates Taiwan roller guideways and Mitsubishi/FANUC CNC systems from Japan, ensuring stable performance even under high-speed machining. The machines deliver positioning accuracy of ±0.003mm and surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8μm. Featuring a BT40 spindle with up to 12,000 rpm and a 24-tool automatic tool changer, the series enables rapid tool changes, significantly enhancing productivity and machining continuity.

The VMC series offers a wide range of travels and load capacities, with worktable load from 400kg to 600kg, covering applications from small precision parts to large structural components. Optional configurations include a 4th-axis rotary table, chip conveyor, and high-pressure coolant system, enabling multi-face machining and automated production.
